About Us

Better sleep changes everything. As therapists, you see it all the time: when clients are well-rested, they’re more resilient, more focused, and better able to make progress. When they’re not, even small challenges can feel discouraging. That’s why we created this resource — to give you reliable, science-based insights you can use right now to help your clients sleep better.

Our Focus

Our team has been working on sleep for decades. We’ve studied the science and explored existing solutions, collaborated with physicians, psychologists, therapists, and researchers at top universities and hospitals, and we’ve been driven by one goal: finding effective, drug-free approaches that make lasting improvements in the way people sleep. We know medications and CPAPs are essential for many people, and we respect the role they play. But we also know there are proven, non-invasive, drug-free techniques — grounded in CBT-I principles and circadian science — that can help clients in ways that feel practical and sustainable.

This site exists to keep you connected to the latest discoveries in sleep science. Breakthroughs are happening at a rapid pace — from new clinical research to emerging technologies — and our role is to make those insights accessible. Through articles, newsletters, and podcasts, we’ll share what’s working, highlight new findings, and translate them into strategies you can bring into your sessions. Whether you’re an experienced sleep professional or a clinician who simply recognizes the importance of rest, you’ll find practical, up-to-date tools here.

We are especially attuned to the groups who struggle most with sleep: veterans, shift workers, people with chronic insomnia or sleep apnea, and those living with anxiety or depression. Their challenges remind us why your work is so critical — and why therapists need resources they can trust.

In the near future, we’ll be introducing science-based solutions currently under development, designed to be offered through therapists and to build on the research we share here. But for now, our focus is clear: providing you with knowledge and tools you can use immediately to help your clients sleep better — and in turn, live better.
